Indian Civil Service Commission 2020 declared and the topper of 2020 is Shubham Kumar who is already a IIT Bombay alumnus in Civil engineering and currently he is doing training at pune in Indian defence accounts services. He cleared UPSC in 3rd attempt , In 2018 also he had given the exam. then took the exam in 2019,in which he got 290 rank. After attempting this exam he started training in Indian Defence Accounts Services.
On this special day Bihar Chief Minister tweeted and congratulate to Shubham Kumar.
Shubham left home after class VI and did his schooling from Purnia, Bihar. According to the news he told that he was already interested in UPSC after intermediate but I come from middle class family so thought that if I leave UPSC or IIT then future will be secure.
Subham told that the company where he did his internsip during his stay in IIT, that company also liked his work. There was also an offer from the company that they can join them further, but shubham felt that when he lives in leadership position and does something for the people , then he is able to gives his best there.That's why did not even sit in IIT placements, and prepared for UPSC and now also topped.
